I.Goal :
After the learning process is completed, students are expected:
1. To know the use of expressions inviting,accepting, and declining invitations
2. To understand the various expressions of invitating, accepting, and declining invitations in the form of formal and informal
3. To demonstrate the expression about inviting,accepting,and declining invitation at conversation

II.Indikator:
1.Knowing the use of expreesion inviting,accepting,and declining invitations
2.Can understand about inviting,acceting,and declining invitations with formal situations and informal situations
3. Can demonstrating the expression about inviting,accepting,and declining invitation at conversation

III.Mode of  Learning:
Method: communicative language teaching
Technique: role play(color coded card)

Formal situations
Yuni invites Rina to go a movie
Yuni:  Hi, Rina, there will be great film tonight. It’s about Sinbad
           Why don’t you come with me?
Rina:  That would be very nice. When will you pick me up?
Yuni:  I will pick up you at 07:30. Be ready.
Rina:  OK

Informal situations
Farhan invites Mrs. Eva to his sisiter’s wedding.
Farhan    :Good afternoon Mrs. Eva
Farhan    : Would you like to come to my sister’s wedding on Saturday?
Mrs. Eva : Thank you for asking me, but I don’t think I can, I have class on Saturday.

-          Teacher shows examples the expression of inviting,accepting, and declining invitations at formal an informal situations and shows example of dialogues about it

-          Teacher choose some of the students selected to be given a card that has a small cut in a variety of colors, and they called ahead according to the color card that they can. They were called in pairs. Then the teacher gave the card matches the color that they can be a larger size that has been written on the command associated with the invitating, accepting, and declining  invitations

-          Pairs selected students, should read aloud the command that is in the card and directly respond to the command. Examples:
student  1  with a blue card: you want to invite your friend to your sister’s  wedding party.  The student must read aloud carded which he can command, and immediately responded.
 students  2 with a blue card: Accept your friend’s invitation. The student must read aloud and give respond

-          students in pairs to create a dialogue about the invitating, accept and declining it, based on the situation given by the teacher, and demonstrate in front of class


-           Students attention carefully





-           Students follow teacher instructions











-          Students active to follow teacher instructions











-          Every group making dialog and presentation in front of class
